At RihWind, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our Keyboards, Mice, and Headphones. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our refund policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.

- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.
- The refund request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Please note that certain products, such as opened software bundles or personalized items, may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition.
- Items missing serial numbers, UPCs, or original packaging.
- Digital downloads or software licenses that have been activated.

How to Initiate a Refund

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the proof of postage.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
