At RihWind, we are committed to getting your premium keyboards, mice, and headphones to you efficiently and securely. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures.
Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Times
We ship to most international destinations. Delivery times for Standard Shipping typically range from 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing. These are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. All charges will be displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For international orders, please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. RihWind has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We declare all packages with the actual value of the contents.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. RihWind is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the order if it has not yet been processed for shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse it or note the damage with the carrier. For lost packages or items damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue promptly.
